I’ve been an avid follower of Heidi Swanson’s gorgeous 101 Cookbooks food blog for some time now. The blog has gotten me out of a pickle many a time, especially with vegetarian/vegan friends. What I love about the blog is the way Heidi incorporates natural and super foods in her recipes. I honestly feel better after eating her yummy foods and treats. While the blog is fantastic I’ve been considering buying Heidi’s ‘Super Natural Cooking’ book, which includes over 80 recipes and gorgeous photography by Heidi herself. I’m a bit of a sucker when it comes to books. There’s definitely something beautiful about a tangible copy that you can flick through on occasion. I really recommend checking out the blog. I can honestly say I’ve never felt better after sampling some of the recipes.
